The
Kia Picanto,a small car, has been on sale since
2004. Initially it was available with three doors, later with five doors. It had four seats and translated the name meant morning. In the first generation the Picanto could be had in two trims with a petrol or a diesel engine, whereby the latter was discontinued in 2007. At the time the model could assert itself against competitors like the Fiat Panda and was seen by some of the technical media as a better alternative to the
VW Polo which isn't really a small car. The
reviews were excellent - and although the competitors could hold their own with respect to technology and equipment they couldn't match the price. Only the small boot was less than convincing and the Euro NCAP-crashtest wasn't very good either, the car was only awarded three of five stars for passenger protection. The current version of the Picanto product line has been on sale since 2011. In the top trim it is offered with 15 inch wheels, which, however, have a higher fuel consumption than the smaller ones. When buying your
Kia Picanto tyres pay attention to the EU tyre label which gives you information on the efficiency and thereby on the consumption for the Kia Picanto tyres. Here you can save even more than you already do if you buy the low priced Picanto and our tyres to
